Steps for Scheduling Your Event
Step 1:
Call us to visit about our services. We’ll discuss options to design
the event broadcast what you want as well as discuss venue and
pricing. We will provide you with a firm quote for work
discussed.
Step 2:
Go
to our website, fill out event form and pay deposit.
Step 3:
We
will contact venue of event and verify internet connection adequacy
or arrange for internet connection and discuss camera and equipment
placement.
Step 4:
We
will create your Individual Event page which includes both an
imbedded screen where the event broadcast will be seen and heard as
well as a LIVE chat box that allows attendees to visit with one
another or interact with you or others. (click here for sample)
Step 5:
You
notify interested attendees about the broadcast and ask them to
spread the word.
Step 6:
Event broadcast. Attendees fill out a friendly questionnaire
allowing you to see who attended and allowing them to write
comments, notes, etc. to the event participants.
Step 7:
After the event, log on to your event page and enjoy seeing who
logged in to be a part of your event and share their messages and
comments with others. (click here to see sample)
Step 8:
Go
to our website, pay balance of invoice. You will receive your event
DVD in the mail.

Weddings and Funerals:
Cameras and Director tasks handled by 1
person
$125 per hour, for equipment, pre- and post-event work and labor (4
hour minimum), plus travel.
Includes DVD and up to 50 viewers.
Anniversaries, Quincinieras, Corporate Events:
Cameras and Director tasks handled by 2-3 people
$150 per hour, for equipment, pre- and post-event work and labor (4
hour minimum), plus travel.
